离婚还“限号"?

The Civil Affairs Bureau of Chang'an District in Xi'an has introduced a divorce quota. Xi'an is capital of China's northwestern Shaanxi province. 西安现“限号”办离婚，回应称挽救盲目离婚家庭。 In order to curb the increasing number of divorcees in the district, the bureau sets a threshold for the number of divorce cases it handles every day at no more than 15. According to the bureau, this policy is aimed at cooling down those couples who "divorce on impulse" and provide them with a second chance of living together.
