介绍:
Thirty-six-year-old Taiwan singer-actress Liu Hanya, also known as Aya, has announced that she will release her new album very soon. As we still remember how her manager denied Aya's pregnancy rumors in earlier reports, none could expect her new-born daughter would become an inspiration of Aya's new album. The Taiwan pop star recently spoke about her recording process, which involved her little girl. "I will let her have a listen to each of my new songs. On this new album, I also wrote a song for my baby daughter and each time when I practise this song, I would feel moved. I've taken her to the studio so that her voice could be recorded. I intend to edit the recording and make it a prelude to that song. I'll always remember this part of the recording process." However, there had been bumps along the way to obstruct this ideal plan from coming true as Aya explains: "All my attempts to provoke her emotions in a playful way had failed. Dee Hsu nicknamed her a "quiet girl". I've taken her to attend social gatherings with my close friends, who also brought their babies. Although the atmosphere was so cheerful, my daughter sat there quietly like an onlooker. The same situation took place when I took her into the studio." Just last month, Aya Liu released her new single, titled "Real Woman," or Nv-Han-Zi (女汉子) in Chinese. The lyrics of Nv Han Zi encourages women to be "independent" and advance firmly on the pursuit of their ideals. Aya says, today, women who wear high heels also excel in the work place. A real woman can do tasks deemed masculine and feminine; this is the kind of woman she aims to depict in her song. Together with her other new single, titled "Hotpot, Yummy!" or Huo-Guo-Shuang in Chinese, these two songs are expected to be included on her new album. For Studio Plus, I'm Xu Fei.
