Agenda agreed in nuclear talks with powers: Iran A senior Iranian official says Iran and six world powers have agreed on an agenda for negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program and will meet again next month in Vienna. Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has told the official IRNA news agency the next round of talks will be held in the second half of March. EU ministers to hold crisis talks in Kiev Foreign ministers from France, Germany and Poland are to hold crisis talks in Ukraine after deadly clashes in the country this week. They are expected to meet with top government officials and the opposition in Kiev. The meeting comes before the European Union meet in Brussels to decide whether to impose sanctions against Ukraine. At least 26 people have died in renewed clashes between protesters and police in Kiev since Tuesday. President Viktor Yanukovych and the main opposition leaders agreed a truce late Wednesday. Yanukovych said negotiations would now start to end the bloodshed and stabilize the situation. Over 100 S. Koreans in N. Korea for family reunions More than 100 South Koreans have arrived in North Korea to meet with relatives they haven't seen for over six decades. The reunions, the first since 2010, are taking place at the Mount Kumgang resort on the east coast from today to Tuesday. Accompanied by family members, a total of 82 elderly South Koreans are meeting with 180 North Korean relatives. South Korea has called the reunions a first step toward improving inter-Korean relations. The event comes four days before South Korea and the United States kick off their annual joint military exercises, which are denounced by the North as a rehearsal for invasion. Thai protesters target PM's family business Anti-government protestors in Thailand have targeted businesses linked to Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's family in their latest drive to force her to resign. Hours before the attack, Pakistan's army said more than 100 soldiers had been killed by Taliban militants in the last five months, a rare admission of mass casualties. Radioactive water leaks out of Fukushima tank The operator of Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant says about 100 tons of radioactive water has leaked out of one of its water storage tanks. At a news conference, TEPCO says measures have been taken to contain the leak. It says the tank is located inland and there's no threat of the contaminated water reaching the ocean. The leak was found late Wednesday when a plant worker noticed water leaking from the upper part of the tank. Mafia prosecuted in central China 36 members of an alleged mafia-style gang in central China have been charged with nine murders and other crimes. The gang, based in Xianning, Hubei province, is the largest mafia-style criminal group to be prosecuted in recent years in China. Its leaders, Liu Han and Liu Wei, were charged with 15 crimes, including intentional homicide, injury and illegal detention. Prosecutors say the gang has been operating since 1993, mainly in neighboring Sichuan. Beijing issues 1st yellow alert for air pollution Beijing has issued its first "Yellow Alert" for air pollution due to the heavy smog that has blanketed the city since this morning. Meteorologists say the smog is expected to last for three days. Beijing launched the new alerting system in October 2013 due to the city's heavy air pollution. The "Yellow Alert", at level three, indicates limiting outdoor activities, along with reducing the use of vehicles and construction work.
