Australia is to reintroduce the knights and dames honour.
The Prime Minister, Tony Abbott said up to four knights and dames would be appointed every year.
And the honour would go to those of "extraordinary and pre-eminent achievement".
Opposition politicians doubted about the move and said the government's priority should be on creating jobs.
