To make an appointment by phone:
1. Catch every receiver even he is not the one you wantt. And try your best to set more information abou him.
2. Keep complete call log. even including the fact that the one you want is not in.
3. Never hang up the phone easiler than the receiver.
4. Make good use of some tips. for instance. suspending or holding back or good conversation starting.
Face to face appointment:
1. Come to the point in the shortest time.
2. Good beginning can bring a good result mostly.
3. Leave the invitees enough information about how to contact others.
第一次预约客户:
1 I would like to come and see you at 2:00 p.m. on June 3rd.
