1读一读：
good:好的; foot：脚；hook：鱼钩，挂钩；
2背一背：
带上hook（钩）；来到brook（小溪）；水面look（看）；
手拿book（书）；一边look（看），开始cook（烹饪）；
注意：oo在k，d 前常发短元音[u]，
cook,look,good.
但是有例外： food [fu:d] 食物，脚短食物长；
oo在其他情况下，一般发长元音【u：】，下回再说。
3听一听：
——I’m going fishing.我要去钓鱼了；
——Dad, you forgot the fishing rod and fishing hooks.爸爸，你忘记拿鱼竿和鱼钩了。
go fishing 去钓鱼；rod杆: fishing rod;鱼竿； fishing hook 鱼钩；
——Dad, could you cook me some food? I’m hungry. 爸爸，能给我做点吃的吗？ 我饿了。
——I’m not good at cooking. You can eat some cookies.我的厨艺不行，你可以吃点饼干。
——You can cook by using a cookbook. 你可以看着烹调书做。
be good at; 擅长于。I’m good at dancing. 我跳舞跳得好；cook by using a cookbook 中的by表示“根据”， cookbook.烹饪书；

A Lazy Brook. 懒惰的布鲁克
Brook is a lazy boy. 布鲁克是个懒惰的男孩。One evening, he is reading a story book on the sofa.一天晚上，他躺在沙发上看故事书。 His mother says to him, 他妈妈对他说，“Here is some money. Go and get some meat.”给你一些钱，去买些肉吧。
“Look, I’m busy, mom,”says Brook. 妈妈，我正忙着呢。So his mother gets the meat. 于是他的妈妈去买来了肉。
“Brook, here is the meat. 布鲁克，给你肉。Now cook it, please.”请把它烧了吧。
“But I’m not good at cooking, mom,” Brook answers.可是我对烹饪不在行，妈妈。布鲁克回答说。So his mother cooks the meat again. 于是，她妈妈又烧了肉。
After a while, the mother says to Brook, “The meat is ready. Come and eat.”过了一会儿，妈妈对布鲁克说： 饭做好了，来吃吧。
“Yes, mom,”Brook jumps up from the sofa, 是的，妈妈。 布鲁克从沙发上跳了起来。and says, “I don’t like saying no all the time. ” 并且说，我不是总喜欢说不的。
