青山横北郭，白水绕东城。
此地一为别，孤蓬万里征。
浮云游子意，落日故人情。
挥手自兹去，萧萧班马鸣。
Verdant mountains overlook the northern outskirts,
A pale river winds its way through the city's east.
Today, we here wish each other farewell,
Tomorrow we set out like tumbleweeds on the endless wind.
In the clouds I see the wanderer drifting from the homeland,
In the setting sun I behold the shadows of old friends.
With a wave of hands we bid goodbye,
Lingering in the air is the horse’s lonesome cry.
