In the reading passage, a students suggested the university remove old bicycles from campus racks, since those bikes will not be missed by anyone, and this could free more racks which are actually being used. The women in the lecture strongly agreed to this proposal for the following reasons. Firstly, this is absolutely a safe assumption. Because some of the bikes already missed a lot of parts and seem to be in the rain for a long time. They are obviously not being used by someone. Even if the campus securities are afraid of them being used, they can also post a notice for bikes being removed to notify the owner, if there is any. Secondly, this could really help students park in some busy area, especially in front of the dining hall. Since a lot of people riding bikes, it is really hard for her to find space there. Every time she has to park at another building, because the university does not allow them to set up other equipment, fences for example, for parking.
