The Fujian Free Trade Zone
The Fujian Free Trade Zone has topped the agenda at the just-concluded 7th Straits Forum held in the city of Xiaman in Fujian.
The Fujian FTZ is one of three zones launched this year following the opening of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone in 2013.
The new zone mainly aims to strengthen the province's cooperation and economic ties with Taiwan and further open up its financial sector for foreign investment.
So how will the Fujian FTZ strengthen the cooperation between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan? And what are the challenges that lie ahead?
