China's Dalian Wanda Group has opened its first Movie Theme Park in the central Chinese city of Wuhan.
The Chinese conglomerate that controls the AMC cinema chain in North America, has opened its latest entertainment industry extravaganza. The Wanda Movie Park is claimed to be the first indoor theme park in the world.
The company directly competes with Disney, DreamWorks and Universal, which all have theme park ambitions in China.
Wanda has plans of opening more theme parks across China. The company is China's largest privately owned cinema chain and a major distributor and film financier.
