The orange
At lunchtime, I bought a huge orange.
午饭时，我买了一个大橘子。
The size of it made us all laugh.
橘子太大了我们都笑了。
I peeled it and shared it with Robert and Dave.
我剥了皮，跟罗伯特还有戴夫一起分着吃。
They got quarters and I got half.
他们每人吃了四分之一，我自己吃了一半。
And that orange, it made me so happy.
那只橘子，真让我开心。
As ordinary things often do just lately.
就像最近，我时常因为一些平凡琐碎的小事而开心。
The shopping. A walk in the park.
比如购物，或在公园里散步。
This is peace and contentment. It’s new.

The rest of the day was quite easy.

I did all the jobs on my list. And enjoyed them and had some time over.
