So you should find out what the meeting is about and whether it can benefit you. Conferences take time, you should choose the meetings that are worth attending, instead of going to all the conferences.
Contents, on the other hand, are also essential because if the contents are not relevant to your work and you can’t learn anything from them, maybe you shouldn’t attend it. However, if the contents are useful for your work, then the conference is worth going.
So that’s why i think the two factors are both important.
