When dealing with heavy workload, the following things are quite important and should be considered carefully. Prioritizing the tasks is the most important thing. If you have a lot of tasks, you should put the most urgent and primary one first and then deal with those that are not so urgent later. If you don’t prioritize the tasks, you may miss deadlines or fail to complete a project. Delegating tasks, on the other hand, is also essential because if you can’t multitask, you have to find people who can help you deal with some of your tasks so that you will be able to meet deadline and finish all the tasks on time. Otherwise, you will be very tired and your projects can’t be finished very well. That’s why i think these two factors are very important.
