【第二十七期】What's important when considering whether to invest in technology

When considering whether to invest in technology, the following things are quite important and should be considered carefully. Benefits to the company is the most important factor since we expect the investment to bring profits to the company. If the investment doesn’t create value, it’s not worth investing in it. So before deciding whether to make investments, we should evaluate the benefits first. Costs involved, on the other hand, should also be taken into account. If the costs are so high that it will take years to get returns, companies should think about whether the investment is cost-effective. However, if the costs are reasonable and can bring more revenue for the company in a short period of time, then of course it will be worth the investment. So that’s why I think these two factors are both important.
