These sounds are all different. So you must be careful when you pronounce these three sounds.

Buy ／ɑɪ／ － 买
Boy ／ɔɪ／ － 男孩
Bow ／ɑʊ／ － 鞠躬
The boy bows before buying bees.
Aisle ／ɑɪ／ － 走到
Oil ／ɔɪ／ － 油
Owl ／ɑʊ／ － 猫头鹰
The owl is in the aisle with the oils.
Tile ／ɑɪ／ － 瓷砖
Toil ／ɔɪ／ － 辛勤工作
Towel ／ɑʊ／ － 毛巾
After toiling, use the towels on the tiles.
Lied ／ɑɪ／ － 说谎了
Lloyd ／ɔɪ／ － （人的名字）
Loud ／ɑʊ／ － 大声
Lloyd lied loudly.
