So! Present perfect...
"Already" and "yet"
Have you ever ridden a camel?
I haven't ridden a camel YET.
The difference is one says 我从来没有。。。过
I haven't seen that movie.
I haven't seen that movie yet. (I plan to see it)
I haven't eaten Mapo Dofu.
I haven't eaten Mapo Dofu yet. (I will eat it)
yet 是强调 “到现在”
For example: Have you eaten dinner yet?
I know you will 早晚 will eat dinner
My question is did you do it .. 到现在 [呲牙]
This is advanced Chinglish!
应该是: I know you will 早晚 eat dinner
A: Have you seen Harry Potter yet?
B: No, I still haven't done it yet.
or "I still haven't seen it."
Use "yet" in the anwer is 随便
That's one part of the grammar!
The other part is ".....(多少)次
A: Have you seen Harry Potter?
B: Yes, I've seen it 10 times.
So let's look at Section 3-A
How many times did you do these things in the past week?
How many times have you cleaned your house in the last week?
How about "cooked dinner"?
You went grocery shopping four times in one week?
That's a lot of grocery shopping
So sometimes when we answer these questions
We can also use "already" as a 强调 also..
A: Have you eaten dinner yet?
B: Yes, I've already eaten.
"I haven't had the time"
"had" is the participle
So for 现在完成式。。 we must use the participle
For example: I've had a great time this month.
Have you studied this grammar before? Yes, I've studied it many times!
For some of your
Well let's try to finish them quickly
No, I haven't GONE to any parties for quite a while.
Everyone seems to get it really well..
Let's do #6 quickly and go on to the dialog
I've eaten at fast-food restaurants a couple of times..
Okay ... let me read the rest of the dialog for you to study as homework
