1. A lot of people think about nutrition and eating healthy in terms of their physical appearance, you know, “how do I look”. There's really so many benefits beyond that. “How you feel, how much energy you have, how healthy and productive you are”. Nutrition affects all of this. The problem is that eating healthyis hard work. 2. You know, I was living a very stressful, fast-paced life, eating whatever was fast and convenient. You know, grabbing something between meetings and never really having time to prepare healthy meals. I think I reached a point where I decided that, you know, my health is too important and I wanted to focus on that. 3. We started blending together all the best superfoods and looking for what are the nutrients that we all need more of and then what are natural sources of these nutrients.
