It remains unknown whether tennis ace Li Na will retire anytime soon.
China Daily reports Li's agent answered in an email to the newspaper, saying the star "will not retire" anytime soon.
A netizen has also posted a photo on Sina Weibo showing Li and her husband getting on a plane headed for Germany. It's assumed that she is going there for medical treatment or getting prepared for a winter exercise regime.
Li Na has so far not commented personally on any of the rumours surrounding her future as a player.
The 32-year-old is a superstar in China, the first and only player from this country to win a Grand Slam tournament. She has two such wins to her credit, including her victory at the Australian Open earlier this year.
However, she is missing the current US Open in New York due to a lingering knee injury.
There have been rumours within tennis circles that Li plans to retire in early October, following the China Open which begins near the end of this month.

Poulter, Westwood, Gallacher to join team Europe for Ryder Cup
In golf,
Ian Poulter, Lee Westwood and Stephen Gallacher have been named as Europe's wildcard picks for this month's Ryder Cup against the United States.
Westwood, Poulter and Gallacher join Rory McIlroy, Henrik Stenson, Justin Rose, Sergio Garcia, Graeme McDowell and others in captain Paul McGinley's 12-member team.
Westwood, a former world number-1, has played in the last eight Ryder Cups.
However, this will be Stephen Gallacher's first time competing for Europe.
Captain Paul McGinley says putting a rookie on his squad wasn't an easy choice.
"Of course, it's a concern for me that he's a rookie, and it's very difficult to pick a rookie in the Ryder Cup, but I've said all along from day one that I'm not afraid to pick a rookie if he proves himself, and there's no doubt that Stevie Gallacher has proved himself and earned his spot in this team."
US captain Tom Watson has yet to announce his wildcard picks.
The Ryder Cup will be held at Gleneagles, Scotland at the end of this month.
