Chinese comedy film 'Heart For Heaven' premiered in Beijing on Christmas Eve.
It's the second collaboration between Shen Teng and Ma Li on the big screen, who both shot to fame through the theater play productions of Mahua FunAge.
Directed by Zhang Cheng, 'Heart For Heaven' tells the story of a web celebrity and an Internet swindler, surrounding the theme of deception.
Speaking at the premier, leading actress Ma Li says the film is more than a plain comedy. It is laced with large doses of black humor that will offer audiences a different viewing experience.
Earlier this week, the film unveiled its ending song 'Dust', performed by singer Jin Zhiwen.
Shen Teng and Ma Li's debut film 'Goodbye Mr. Loser' was a surprise winner of this year's National Day holiday box office, by grossing 560 million yuan or some 86 million US dollars in box office revenues
This low-budget fantasy comedy enjoyed another record for the nation's film industry, with ticket sales of 1.85 billion yuan.
'Heart for Heaven' will hit big screens in China on December 31st.
