Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli says China will beef up supply-side structural reforms, to foster a good start for the 13th Five-Year Plan.
He made the remarks while attending the opening ceremony of China Development Forum 2016 in Beijing.
Zhang has emphasized adherence to innovative, green and shared development.
