The prime minister of Nepal is now in China on his first official state visit to the country. KP Sharma Oli left Kathmandu on Sunday morning. The prime minister's delegation includes a number of leading officials, including the ministers for foreign affairs, finance, commerce, and the Chief Secretary. The official visit will come to an end on March 27th. At least five people are dead and twenty others injured after a tanker truck exploded on a highway in Hunan Province. The explosion occurred in Yueyang City on Saturday evening. Local authorities say the truck was loaded with an inflammable material. The explosion triggered chain-reaction rear-end collisions involving several vehicles. Customs officers from both China and the U.S. have finished this year's first joint security audit of Chinese companies. Twenty one companies were validated, with only one failing. Customs officials from the two sides are working on a trial program that would allow U.S. inspectors access to the supply chain security practices of Chinese suppliers. The Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism program has seen 14 audits so far and authorized 370 companies. Chinese scientists have developed the world's first human diploid cell vaccine against a primary cause of hand-foot-and-mouth disease. The vaccine has been developed by an institute of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It is claimed to prevent 97 percent of testers from contracting the disease. The research work began in 2008. The human diploid cell vaccine is designed specifically against enterovirus 71, a primary cause of HFMD, and its production and marketing have been approved by Chinese authorities. Several enteroviruses can actually cause the disease, which can cause heart and lung complications, and can even lead to death. Russia authorities say the investigation of Saturday's air crash in the country's southwest will take around two months. Two flight recorders have been found and both are in good condition. A Boeing-737 passenger plane en route from Dubai to Rostov crashed on Saturday at the city airport, killing all 62 people aboard. The plane hit the ground, broke into several pieces, and caught on fire after it missed the runway during a second landing attempt, amid poor visibility caused by heavy rains. At least seven people have died and one has been injured after a small plane crashed in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Media reports say the plane belonged to Roger Agnelli, former president of Brazilian mining giant Vale. Agnelli, his family, and the pilot were all killed. The accident happened on Saturday afternoon. The cause of the crash is not known. It's being reported that North Korea's top leader Kim Jong-Un watched recent military maneuvers involving landing and anti-landing drills. Surface ships of the East Sea fleet of the navy and aircraft from the Second Air Division are said to have taken part in the exercises. Also, reports indicate that Kim Jong-Un ordered intensified training of the Korean People's Army to strengthen coastal defense. So far, the exact dates and venues of the military drills have not been disclosed. On Saturday, demonstrators chanted at the rally in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just as Trump was to take the stage. Protesters also blocked the main highway leading to the rally. Arizona, where political parties will hold primary elections on Tuesday, is a flashpoint for the issue of illegal immigration into the US, as it shares a long stretch of border with Mexico. Trump has reportedly accused Mexico of sending violent and unlawful migrants to flood the US, and has made illegal immigration the signature issue of his campaign.
