The 3rd round of the Masters is set to get underway on Saturday night.
Defending champion Jordan Spieth continues to hold the lead, and has set a Masters record by leading the tournament for the sixth straight round.
The 22-year-old holed a 15-foot par putt on the 18th to give him a 2-over-74 during another day of tough conditions at Augusta.
However, despite going wire-to-wire for the win last year, he now holds just a one stroke lead over Rory McIlroy.
McIlroy, who needs a green jacket to complete his Grand Slam, shot 3 under through his last 6-holes to give him a 71, matching the low round of the day.
"Very happy, I think getting anything in under par today with the conditions, with some of the pin positions you know I'm really happy with that and in a good position going into the weekend so it doesn't really matter what happens, or what the leaders, guys do on the back nine I know I'm in a good position going into the weekend and I'm happy with that."
New Zealand's Danny Lee and American Scott Piercy sit two strokes back of Spieth heading into tonight's 3rd round.
Chinese teenager Jin Cheng failed to make the cut.
The 18-year old Beijing native once-again struggled with consistency in the tough weather conditions at Augusta, firing a 78 in his 2nd round to finish out his first experience at the Masters at plus-13.
With the field now cut down to 57 players, the tee-times will be a bit later.
