介绍:
Real Madrid Defeats FC Schalke 6-1 Real Madrid devastated German side FC Schalke away 6-1 in their first leg match in the European Champions league. Gareth Bale was a force on the pitch as Real Madrid all but sealed their place in the Champions League quarter-finals. The forward scored two and assisted on two more as Real ran riot against a poor Schalke side in Gelsenkirchen, winning 6-1 with ease. Manager Carlo Ancelotti praised Bale's performance after the match, describing it as his 'best game of the season'. "I think we played a very good game and did so from the beginning. We scored early which helped us to gain even more room to counter-attack, which our extremely fast strikers then did." Jens Keller, Schalke coach, says his team could have played better. "If we remained more compact as a team we could succeed against expensive teams like that, but you could see their enormous class - they capitalized on every one of our mistakes. When you see the 3-0 goal by Ronaldo you just cannot defend his speed. So they really have a lot of quality, but we have to work better as a team." Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo also scored twice as an insatiable Madrid left Schalke requiring a miracle at the Bernabeu in three weeks time despite Klaas-Jan Huntelaar scoring the goal of the night in time added-on. Schalke won a corner in the first minute and nearly took the lead but captain Benedikt Howedes' header from distance drifted wide of the right-hand post. China Officials to Announce Alain Perrin as Head Coach of Chinese National Football Team The Chinese Football Association is set to officially announce tomorrow that retired French footballer Alain Perrin will become the head coach of the Chinese men's National Football Team. The association is expected to sign a three-year contract with Perrin, who will receive a yearly salary up to one million US dollars. The 58-year-old Frenchman will take over from Fu Bo, the current head coach of the Chinese team. Perrin began his coaching career in 1983. After taking his new job, Perrin will lead the Chinese team to prepare for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. The Chinese national football team made a World Cup appearance in 2002, and made it to the final of the 2004 Asian Cup. But the last few years have been rather lacklustre for the team. Since 2011 they've lost ten of their nineteen matches. NBA roundup Now to the NBA, The Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City Thunder lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers 114-104. Kevin Durant dished the ball to New Zealand's Steven Adams for a dunk to give the Thunder a 21-19 lead with four and a half minutes to go in the opening quarter. Oklahoma City led 76-72 at the end of the third quarter. Irving drove in for a three-point play to open up a nine-point Cavaliers' lead late in the contest. Irving scored 14 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter. Oklahoma has lost three games in a row since the All Star break. Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have broken a five-game losing streak with a 115-104 victory over the slumping Atlanta Hawks. Jerry Bayless scored a season-high 29 points in a rare start, and Rajon Rondo added 22 points and 11 assists. The Los Angeles Clippers beat the Houston Rockets 101-93. Blake Griffin had 23 points and 16 rebounds, reserve Darren Collison scored seven of his 19 points in the final 2:09. Ferrer continues winning streak in Mexico Open In tennis, Top-seeded David Ferrer continued his win streak against countryman Feliciano Lopez at the Mexican Open. The world number four made it five in a row over Lopez with a 7-6(1) 6-2 win on the hard courts of Acapulco. The victory extends his win streak over Spaniards not named Rafael Nadal to 40 matches. Apart from Nadal, Ferrer has not lost to a fellow Spaniard since the 2010 US Open. The three-time Acapulco champion will next meet the tall South African Kevin Anderson, who ousted American Sam Querrey 7-6(2) 6-4. Chinese VOR challengers Dongfeng appoint new skipper Frenchman Charles Caudrelier has been named as skipper for the Chinese 2014/15 Volvo Ocean Race challenger Dongfeng Race Team. The 40-year-old was a key figure of the victorious Groupama team in 2011-12. He has been introduced to the media at the Dongfeng Race Team's official christening event in Sanya. The Frenchman is planning to announce his final race crew by the end of June - half of it will be made up of Chinese sailors, half international. Caudrelier is looking forward to the challenge, although he admits getting the Chinese members of his crew up to speed may be difficult: "To sail with Chinese guys is a challenge for sure. They have some experience, but not offshore experience, and we will have three or four (Chinese) guys onboard, so if we want to have a good result we have to teach them very well." The team will train in Sanya before heading to Auckland, New Zealand for an offshore exercise at the end of March. Dongfeng Race Team will then sail to Europe to gear up for the start of the race of the 2014/15 Volvo Ocean Race in Alicante, Spain on October 4th.
