Iraq, third placed in the group, leapfrogged China and reached the Australian finals as runners-up on nine points, trailing leaders Saudi Arabia.
China still qualified as the best third placed side among all five groups, edging out Lebanon, which defeated Thailand 5-2 in the other game of the night.

Tiger Woods confirms to take part in the Cadillac World Golf

Tiger Woods says he's well enough to defend his title at the Cadillac World Golf Championships which swings into action tomorrow.
Back pain sent Woods home early from the Honda Classic last weekend, and he says the injury is hampering his game more than previous knee injuries had.
"The will to win hasn't changed. Physically am I able to do it? There are times where I've learned through it. A bad back is no joke. When I've had my knee injuries over the years, it was always after impact. And I played the way for years. but with the back it's a totally different deal, and there are certain moments, certain movements, you just can't do. And that's one of things I've had to learn about this type of injury, it's totally different."

Chinese qualifier Gao Huan registered a big win earlier today, upsetting Singapore titlist Tommy Sugiarto in the first round 2-1.
Sugiarto, currently ranked as No. 3 in the world, twice appeared to have turned the match around, and was foiled only in the last few points.
The victory marks the best win of 24-year-old Gao's career.
Gao next plays his compatriot Wang Zhengming, the runner-up at the China Open in Shanghai.
Wang earlier overcame Sony Dwi Kuncoro of Indonesia in straight games.
Meanwhile, Japanese player Kenichi Tago, seeded fifth, rallied to edge past Indian hopeful Parupalli Kashyap 2-1 in the first round.
