Well, I think it all comes down to their attitude towards my complaint. I mean, everybody makes mistakes at one point or another, so it’s really no big deal if they mess it up just once. What really matters is how the shop handled the situation afterwards. You know, if I made a complaint about one of the products I bought and they basically ignored it, or they refused to get me a replacement, then that shop would probably get on my blacklist and I would never step foot into their premises again. But let’s say I made a complaint, and they apologized for the mistake in a very sincere manner, and they gave me some forms of compensation, like maybe a gift card or a coupon, then I would definitely go back there in the future, because that shows that they truly care about their customers and I’m willing to work with them in this case.
