Not really. I think having diversity is important in almost anything, and it’s no exception in the education field. I mean, students have a wide variety of preferences, and while there are many people who like humorous and entertaining teachers, some still prefer to have classes in a strict and serious manner. These students might think that a lighthearted environment destroys the learning atmosphere, and knowledge is absorbed better when everyone treats it seriously. So yeah, if we had only one kind of teaching style, then obviously it wouldn’t satisfy everyone’s demand at once. So it’s good to keep a diverse faculty and let students pick their own teachers.
