1. Right when you get home, take a gallon of water and drink it. If you cannot finish the gallon, if youget home a little bit late, try and drink at least half a gallon. This will really help flush out the toxins in the excess water, so make sure you drink at least half a gallon before you go to sleep.
2. Before I go to bed, I went and took some apple cider vinegar. This is organic. I put about two tablespoons in an 8-ounce glass of water and chug it. And this will help detoxify the body. It also helps with your digestion and all that stuff. So, this works out reallywell and I do this in the morning and I do this at night.
3. Last but not least, grab a cup ofOolong tea. You do want to drink this three times a day. Tea is a diuretic and it's gonna help you release some of that water also, and then this tea specifically also has an enzyme that helps you release that as well. So it’ll put youback on track. It cleans you out basically. It's excellent for your digestion. And all these three things combined will really help.
